Risk review
A tree removal decision in Felda should start with what can be observed from safe, ordinary use areas. Note whether the tree has a changing lean, visible cracks, large dead sections, root movement, recent limb failure, or contact with a structure or utility area. Then list what could be hit if the tree or a major limb moved: people, buildings, vehicles, fences, driveways, or neighboring property. Ask the estimator to connect any removal recommendation to those observations and targets. If only a limited branch issue is visible, ask whether a narrower treatment is reasonable. Do not probe cavities, pull loose limbs, climb, or stand beneath suspect material to collect more detail.
